How do I sign up for this "SR Streamline Free" offer? I would absolutely love to show my before and after pictures, however I'm not sure how or where to sign up. This information hasn't been explained anywhere, so please do tell.

Well this year my daughter joined her p.t. team at high school. Its run by R.O.T.C. so here isnt any playing around. Well usually R.O.T.C. doesn't let first time girls on P.t. team the can join but they dont participate very much. Anyway she told me that they had a compiition coming up and she wanted to go, but couldnt.( see above). We plaed around in the gym alittle in the past, they were doing a few thing in class, but not what i thought should be done. So i said its time we kick it upa notch and i put her on sct training.Will in one(1) month her sct bench went from 140 lbs to 220 lbs and her full bench went from 120 to near 200lbs.
And she has lost about 10-12 lbs. This is from a 15 yr.old girl who before never really workout. Oh and buy the way this workout was done only once a week. Back to P.T. team she has more sit-ups per minute more push-ups per minute and is on tug o war team ( only girl) So kudo's to Pete Sisco and S.C.T. It works.
