The postage costs above are for air freight delivery. If you live outside the USA and Canada we are able to reduce shipping and custom costs by bulk shipping orders via sea. Whilst the wait can be a little longer (i.e. 20 days to the UK, 24 days to Australia) the cost savings are quite significant.

If your unit is being freighted to you in mainland USA, it will be delivered from our warehouse to your shipping address. As soon as the warehouse has dispatched your equipment, we will notify you of your tracking details and an ETA.

If your unit is being freighted outside of the USA, it will be delivered from our warehouse through a freight agent in your country, to your closest port.

Once your unit has reached its destination, the freight agent will contact you to assist you with the customs clearance process and local delivery to your shipping address, at your cost.

Some clients prefer to collect their equipment from the agent to reduce their local delivery costs. Local duties and taxes can be settled direct with the freight agent.

Important: Your order cannot be shipped to a PO Box.

Important: Customs Clearance Fees, Tariffs and Taxes

Customs clearance fees, tariffs and taxes (duty, VAT, GST or sales tax) charged by your State/Government are not included in our prices.

Our freight agent will be in contact with you to assist with the clearance and local delivery. When your streamline arrives in your country, you may be required to pay local taxes or tariffs. Taxes, tariffs and customs clearance fees are not something that we can account for as these vary substantially from country to country. These importation costs are not included in the shipping charge for your Streamline. For information specific to your international location please e-mail shipping@superrepequipment.com.

We have structured our shipping rates to ensure that you receive your unit at the lowest possible freight rates for your country. To that end international orders are delivered to the closest port/city unless you have chosen a bulk shipment option. This enables us to quote a very low “across the board” cost for each country. The difference in local delivery charges where customers are in metro areas versus rural areas can be substantial and we prefer not to penalize metro based customers by having to charge sufficient freight to cover customers in areas that are more costly to deliver to.
