What People Say

Improved Health

This equipment truly changed everything I thought I knew about working out and exercise equipment.

I was a police officers for 12 years. It was important to stay in shape, not just as a matter of aesthetics, but of preserving life and limb! In that time, all I knew was traditional, or high-intensity training (HIT). I worked out that way for years and years, making some gains and being in relatively good condition.

Then I suffered a lower back injury at work and was sent off to early retirement since I could no longer wear all of the equipment, nor confidently perform my duties knowing my back may give out at any moment and endanger myself and others. This unfortunate turn in my life sent me into a spiral of weight gain and muscle loss - I was much heavier and much weaker than I was in my prime. I suppose we could all say that, although my decline was far more drastic due to the injury. I continued to try to lift weights and exercise in the traditional way and found that I was experiencing more setbacks than gains. I'd be fine for three weeks, then I would suffer a recurrence and be back where I started from, sometimes worse off than before - One step forward and two steps back it seemed.

This prompted my exploration into other methods of weight training. I found Static Contraction Training watching a seminar by Tony Robbins. Of all the information that I gained that day, Static Contraction Training and Power Factor Training were among the most valuable tidbits. I've read all the books on both and tried Power Factor Training for a short time. It was great, but really just whetted my appetite for Static Contraction Training!

The problem with Static Contraction Training is that most gyms are not equipped to deal with the intense weights that one is capable of lifting with this method. I found this out quickly and ordered the original static training equipment from Explosive Fitness. This equipment truly changed everything I thought I knew about working out and exercise equipment.

I made significant gains in strength and reduced my body fat 8% in a matter of weeks.

Best of all - I had NO setbacks due to recurring injuries with my back!

Then the new XF7000 came along promising the same high quality, less floor space use, ease in exercise changes, and most importantly, the same great workout with some better body positioning. I was sold on it immediately and bought it right after I received the email from Tony Reno advertising it.

I've used it since July 2005 and have to say, Explosive Fitness has delivered on their promise and I am a true believer in this equipment and this method of gaining muscle!

Wow!!! What a difference!

I started using Static Contraction with my Vectra 3800 a $6,700.00 wonder that has three stacks for three independent stations. After some time I decided this was getting ridiculous and expensive with the add-on weights and finally ordered the XF 7000.

Wow!!! What a difference! The very first day that we worked out with the XF 7000 we realized that the previous 8 months of working out on the Vectra, although worthwhile to an extent, we also wasted a lot of precious time with lesser weights.

On the XF 7000 equipment we were no longer tied to the minimal 5lb increments per exercise per week! We did not need to help each other lift all that weight from awkward or compromised positions for each exercise anymore! What is more is that we were able to push full force and increase our maximum weights exponentially!

Best of all are the results, everyone has been commenting on my physique, my improved posture and confidence.

I am very happy with this wonderful technique and the great piece of equipment to best use it on. It has changed my life for the better, it fits my busy schedule perfectly and I am forever grateful. I am in better shape now, at age 39, than I was in my 20’s! Thank you Pete Sisco and Tony Reno, I firmly believe this to be the way of the future in strength training for everyone

My weight loss and firmer body has been noticed by family and friends

I love my XF-7000 Pro system. It is exactly what I was searching for, a system for gaining muscle that is fun, easy to use and takes very little time.

I am a 40-something J year old female. I have found this system to be amazing, strength training has improved all areas of my life.

One area in particular is my belly dancing. My increased muscle strength and stability has greatly enhanced my dancing that I love so much.

I have never been a workout/exercise type of person, unless I am having fun. Using this machine is fun. I feel stronger, walk taller and feel more confident in my life... we can all use more of that in our lives!

I'm a business owner with a productive and fast-paced life. I set my own schedule and instead of spending the necessary time it would take on traditional equipment I am able to have more free time for dancing, gardening, and my avid studies for personal growth.

My weight loss and firmer body has been noticed by family and friends, they started asking “What have you been doing?” Before they started inquiring about my improved looks, I kept my training with the Explosive Fitness system a secret….that is until they insisted that I tell them what I had been doing.

(It also helps to have a nice fitting pair of LevisJ.)

I would appreciate the opportunity to demonstrate this system to anyone who is interested..

High School Students Results have been More Astonishing than Mine.

From the moment I saw this book (Static Contraction Training) I was very curious. Could this transform me into a better bowler? I bowl semi-pro here on the west coast and wanted to get stronger to be able to deliver the ball with more speed. After reading the book through several times I joined the local Gold's gym in February of 2004. With book in hand I started going through the exercises as precisly as possible. Begining body weight of 142 and body fat at 23.1%. Current age 62 years old.

I have been athletic all my life but relatively inactive for the last 5 years.

Results of first session shoulder press 160/12 shrug 200/15 close grip bench press 180/12 bicep curl 120/15 and crunch 100/15. B workout 4 days later results cable row 225/15 bench press 250/10 lat pulldown 150/15 leg press 630/15 toe press 630/15. After just a few weeks doing this program I realized I was doing some of the exercises incorrectly but the rest of them created all kinds of muscle twitching results. I could feel the muscles begin to grow and I felt young and alive again. Just a different swagger in a persons walk, like confidence. After seven exercises, date was now June 15th strength levels had almost doubled in all areas. I was really feeling great! Training frequency changing more rapidly now. Sessions were approx. 15-18 days apart and still making gains.

Then in August of 2004 I jumped off the back of a semi while loading furniture for a friend and landed on a metal chair near the pelvic area and curtailed workouts because of pain. Although I did a few between then and now( July 15th 2005) they were incomplete and not fully intense. I purchased the new XF 7000 machine and my first workout in 6 months occurred on July 15th of 2005. The machine was easy to set up and simply to operate. No iron weights to mess with and very fast compared to a regular gym. Wow! I had not worked out at all for 6 months and I set new records in almost every single exercise. I will never go back to a regular gym again. I will recommend this method and machine to everyone who is interested in transforming their body to whatever level.

I am currently working with 8 local high school students and their results are even more astonishing than mine. The new paradign in strength training period. That's all there is to say!

My name is Andy Sherman, and about a year ago I decided to do a walk across this great country to raise money for an organization called R.A.C.E. (RESCUE AUTISTIC CHILDREN EDUCATION)

But there was a problem. At the time I started this goal, I was 316 lbs, and in no shape to attempt such a goal. But I did some research and decided that the explosive fitness equipment would be the one thing that could work to get me in shape quickly enough to do the walk. I used a set of equipment and had some incredible results. Not only did I lose over 70 lbs, but my arms and legs became bigger and stronger even as I lost all that fat. My body fat went from 48% to 29% and that got me in shape to begin the walk, and now that I am walking it is dropping like a rock.

It was amazing how the system helped me go from having trouble bending over, to the point that I could begin my journey accross the country. I wouldn't have been able to do the walk without the equipment.

At 47 years old, it has given me my life back. I started out with the equipment last July, and by may 14th I was ready to walk, and have begun walking accross the state and speaking on radio shows to raise sponsors.

The equipment is extremely easy to use. 15 minutes from warmup to finish sounds to good to be true, but it is better than too good to be true, it's real.

One thing that suprised my is that my flexibility went up. I think it is because I got so much strength inprovements. Before using the system I had trouble bending to pick things up, and now that is easy.

I just love this machine!!! I've been working out for twenty-three years, and have used all of the greatest body builders secrets and have enjoyed some sucess. Explosive Fitness is the best secret of them all. I get maximum results with my efforts. I also have more energy at work and my bones don't hurt as much. i'm not sure why, but i'm glad. Thanks again Tony and your team

For someone trying to get back into a fitness routine, "Explosive Fitness" has proven to be the perfect tool. The lifts are easy to learn and workouts fit my busy schedule. I did not experience any delayed muscle pain or joint discomfort. From the first exercise session, daily aches and pains disappeared and sitting at my desk was no longer uncomfortable.

The Explosive Fitness program reduces stress on the joints while allowing athletes to maximally work selected muscle groups. The time commitment is minimal. Our athletes who have used this program notice results right away.

Professional Quote from Ken Henderson;

I went to the gym usually 3 x per week with friends to work out. It was frustrating because it was so time consuming and I would plateau and it was so hard to get beyond that. In some ways the biggest benefit to me from having gone to the gym is to help me appreciate the value of the XF Equipment.

I am now more fitness conscious than I have ever been at any time in my life. XF Equipment has been central to my program, and I am sure I would have given up without it. Others feel I look and act younger than my age and I certainly feel it. It is not important to me to be able to hoist tons of weight but it is important to grow old gracefully. XF Equipment is helping me to do just that.

The thing I like the most about it that I've never really been into weight lifting, but I've always wanted to add strength, it is easy to use, easy to set up, the workouts are quick. For someone who has spent a lot of time working out is that it is great to see regular gains with the equipment and very little time spent.

I am a Computer Chip Designer, so I don't have time to spend three days a week doing workouts. But I'm also a volunteer firefighter, and being in good shape is very important to me. I've already noted that the added strength has helped me out with handling the Jaws of Life made it easier to handle for rescuing people from automotive crashes. So it isn't only helping me out physically, it is helping me to save lives.

I think this equipment is very well made, and perfect for any fire station or any emergency rescue agency that needs to get it's members in shape, and keep them in shape. It allows people to get in shape with very little time. I'm getting stronger every workout, and I am only working out once every 10 days. It lets people have time for the other importanting things in their life, without having to compromise on the results.

I have no trouble keeping up with the people I work with, most of whom are twenty years younger.

I’m a middle-aged woman, sedentary by upbringing and inclination. Knowing how important weight-bearing exercise is, especially for a woman at mid-life, I started going to the gym a couple of years ago. I worked with the weight machines twice a week, but never really challenged myself – I knew if it got too hard I’d quit! But even though my workout was easy (and therefore not very productive!) I hated the sweating and the repetitions and the boredom.

Then I heard about Static Contraction Training. I tried it in the gym and immediately abandoned the routine I had been doing.

I loved my new workouts! Surprisingly, I relished the challenge of trying to lift more weight each week.

And I even enjoyed working up a sweat… as long as I didn’t have to do repetitions! But I quickly outgrew the leg press machine at my gym, and the “big” machine couldn’t be configured for strong-range leg presses, even with my short legs. And it was frustrating that the weights could only be increased by 10-pound increments. So when I heard about the Explosive Fitness equipment, I decided to buy it, even without any way to try it out.

In the four months since I started using this equipment my strength has increased 30%. I feel great, I have good energy, and I have no trouble keeping up with the people I work with, most of whom are twenty years younger. And it only takes half an hour a week! Moreover, because it’s so safe, I look forward to keeping fit this way for many years to come.

System that makes perfect sense and absolutely delivers results.....whatever one's goal might be.

I'm now 65 years old, and I've been working out regularly since I was 17. That's a lot of years of pushing weights around.

During that time I've pretty much tried every type of fitness equipment and training system - including working out with Bill Pearl (four-time winner of the Mr. Universe title) at his gym in the early 70's.

Over the years my body has taken a beating in the name of fitness, and I've sustained multiple injuries, including torn bicep and deltoid muscles; fractured wrist, elbows and ankles; ruptured disk; torn ligaments and tendons. Consequently, in recent years, my workouts had become more and more restricted and less productive.

Several years ago, after learning of Pete Sisco's website (precisiontraining.com), I read about a new concept of exercise, and also of a new type of equipment that was soon to be available. Although it all sounded too good to be true, as soon as the Explosive Fitness Leg Press became available, I purchased it.

After working out with it just a few times, I realized that this really was something revolutionary. When the Upper Body machine became available, I bought it too. And when the XF 7000 total body system came out earlier this year, I upgraded to it.

Now with the XF 7000, I have accomplished more in workouts lasting literally only minutes than I ever did in past marathon workouts sometimes lasting two hours or more.....a BIG increase in amount of weight used, increase in muscle size and strength, decrease in body fat, increase in flexibility and decrease in joint pain. And all achieved safely, scientifically and swiftly.

And this transformation has not only happened for me.

A close friend was involved in an accident several years ago which resulted in two herniated disks in her lower back, a condition that was greatly aggravated by the onset of fibromyalgia and osteoarthrosis. She was in constant pain, and at times could barely get out of bed.

After some months had passed and she was progressing through the recovery process, I suggested that she might consider consulting with her doctor about the possibility of using the XF equipment for rehabilitation. He agreed that it might be helpful. She began working out, and now after almost six months, her strength, flexibility and mobility have dramatically improved, and days pass when she has almost no pain at all.

Her 16 year old grandson now even comes over to workout, who, by the way, thinks the system is "totally awesome." He can't get over his new found muscularity and the admiration he gets from his friends. At last, here is a fitness system that makes perfect sense and absolutely delivers results... whatever one's goal might be.

This is the only program that I have been able to keep doing.

I have worked out with Nautilas at MTU and have had gym memberships over the years off and on, working out 3 days a week with their programs. I owned a Bowflex but didn't work out with any regularity. I would do it for a couple of months and then not touch it for months.

I began using the XF 5000 and the XF 2000 in October,2004. My results have been very positive. I have lost body fat and gained muscle. This is the only program that I have been able to keep doing without dropping out because the results were steady without the hours of work with other programs.

I am an avid golfer and so when our season began this spring the strength training over the winter paid off. I was driving the golf ball 20 to 30 yards farther that the previous year. It has helped me with my cross country skiing also. When the XF 7000 came out, I bought it and am using it now. I like the precise way it sets up for all body types. I also want to say that in 10 months I have only missed 1 workout. Amazing for me who never stuck to any other strength training program for very long. The XF system is one that can be continued for a lifetime. Thank you!

At the time, I was getting better, however, I could not yet move a weight in the gym, within 15 minutes of the systems assembly I had my first workout in years.

'Tony,

Thank you for taking interest in my story. I have been in very good shape my entire life. I have been involved in health and nutrition in varying forms for over 20 years, including authoring books on the subject and working, successfully, with a variety of people, with most diseases in varying forms.

In the summer of 2002 I was fly-fishing in Montana, and woke up the next morning with a stiff neck. Within 3 weeks my body had developed a serious condition which left me unable to walk and move any body part where there was a joint involved. I was soon diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder that mimics a few different diseases, resulting in severe inflammation of joints. My main physician informed me that there was a very good chance that within six months I would be in a wheelchair for the rest of my life. Well, my past history allowed me to experience such diagnoses with people with whom I have worked with, and I knew at that moment he was wrong and I would prosper. At the time, the only known treatment was massive doses of prescription drugs, two of which been removed from market during the last year due to the fact that they were causing heart attacks and other illnesses. This disorder has no known cure or other treatment as it is rare enough to not motivate research.

Through a very unique and interesting set of circumstances over the next two years, and my understanding of the human body and mind, in October of 2004 I had been declared free of the disease by doctors whom were baffled. Of course, they called it an anomaly, which is a label they attach to anything they do not understand.

The problem was that in in July of 2002, when I was afflicted, I weighed about 197-200 lbs. I am 6'1" tall, and my body fat was about 11%. However, by August of 2004 I weighed 164 lbs. I had lost about 28 lbs of muscle and put on 6 lbs of fat (it would have of been worse, however, during this time, I was eating exceptionally well). In June of 2004, I first encountered the Max Contraction workout program and a week after that, I became aware of Explosive Fitness. At the time, I was getting better, however, I could not yet move a weight in the gym. A few weeks later, in August of 2004, the Explosive Equipment machines arrived (at that time, as some of your older readers may know, there were two separate machines.....one for the upper body and one for legs). Friends of mine brought the equipment home, put it together and within 15 minutes, I had my first workout in almost two years. To say I was stoked was and understatement. As with many people, I was still doing too much as I was using it at least twice per week. However, it was almost unbearable not to be able to go in the room and "hit the weights". I wanted to use it every day. Within six weeks, by mid-September, I had put on 5 lbs of muscle. By October, when I was diagnosed free of the disease, I was up to about 169 lbs. It is now July of 2005. I weigh 185 lbs and I have lost three lbs. of fat, resulting in an effective muscle gain of 24 lbs. I am very close to a strict vegetarian (only cheat with eggs and occasional fish). I have just started using the new machine and am even more excited now as it is easier and more effective.

So, that is my story.

Should any of your clients want to know more, I would be open to sharing in appreciation of what you are doing.

Sincerely,
Mark Hinds

Body fat from 11% to 6.5%.

I trained Conventional full range, 3 days a week program for 9 months until I read Pete's ebook. 2 months later the leg press was released and I was as anxious as ever to get my hands on one. I finally got both the leg press and the upper body unit about 7-8 months ago. Before that, I had been training the upper body in the gym with the SCT method.

Amazing equipment. Due to me being out of town a lot, I haven't been able to take full advantage of the equipment; however, it has changed both my strength and body image over the time I have trained on it. I can jump 2-3 inches higher and my body composition of fat has gone from 11 to 6.5% in the last 6 months. I can run faster and hit a baseball further objectively. Just the 10-15 minutes I spend every 10-15 days training on this equipment is worth its money. The feeling of releasing such immense power on something and gaining results from it is great!

Personal Quote from Dan Murphy,

"The XF 7000 has proven to be perfect"

I have lifted weights off and on for over 14 years. Once, I made substantial gains in strength and mass, but at great cost. My workouts were 1-2 hours long, 4-5 times per week. That regimen was totally not sustainable. I burnt out, and lost the gains I had made. Over the years, I'd try to get back into lifting weights. But the hassle of getting to the gym, and the boredom of the long workouts where I'd often question my progress, just resulted in the same on-again, off-again cycle with little progress. Then I discovered Static Contraction Training. Within a short time, after a few short workouts, I was maxing out the machines at the gym! I loved the concept, how short the workouts were. And, having maxed out the machines at the gym, I was ready for the XF Equipment to let me continue my progress.

I am a I'm an entrepreneur, work long hours, and put a premium on my free time. Yet my health and energy are top priority in my life. I know that to be successful, I've got to be in peak physical and emotional condition to capture and create opportunities. So, having an effective and efficient strength building system is key for me.

I owned the EF5000 and the XF2000 before upgrading to the XF7000. I was very pleased with the first generation equipment, and recognized room for improvement. Now living in a smaller house, the upgrade to the single unit XF7000 was a clear decision for me. I love the new design. It's so easy to use, to switch between exercises, and to replicate great form and progress in each workout. Plus, it's compact, and fits neatly in my home office.

The XF7000 has proven to be perfect. It fits my house, fits my schedule, and most importantly, fits my high standards for my health & fitness. After just 8 workouts with this new equipment, my total body strength is up 25%, my wife is noticing my increasing muscle tone, and I feel fantastic. And the workouts are so quick and spread out that I look forward to them. This equipment and Static Contraction Training is definitely a keeper.,

The workouts are fast and easy

"I was a former professional snowboarder who spent up to 3 hours in the gym everyday. This was tiring and exhausting and because of this, when I retired, I wanted nothing to do with the gym. The training I performed was standard resistance training led by my professional coaches in order to keep my body in race tuned shape. This was great but injuries seemed to be a part of every workout. This was not good as time in the gym was supposed to help us, not put us out of commission.

It was completely worth the wait for this well built life changing machine. My first introduction with SCT yielded results that were difficult to keep up with at the gym because of the weight involved. This was completely eliminated by the XF 7000. Its simple design allows the user to train by themselves without having to lug around hundreds of pounds of plates onto bars. The workouts are fast and easy because the XF7000 weighs less than most machines you would use in a gym except those machines are for only one exercise.

The STC exercises teamed together with the free one year subscription to My Strength coach program, make training weight decisions an absolute no brainer.

This has been awesome for me because as a dental student my time is very valuable because of the incredibly short and time sensitive schedule that they give us to complete our courses. I needed something that would yield maximum results without having to spend hours in the gym.

With this system, you press or pull against a resistance that measures the force your body can create and this is how you gauge your performance. This was the kicker for me because it was so simple to learn the exercises which were basically the same as the standard resistance training exercises, except for the fact that you minimize injury by performing them within a safe range of motion.

I have seen incredible gains in a period of weeks, whereas before it was so easy to fall out of the gym because results would take months.

This system has been a life saver and stress reliever for me.

The XF 7000 Pro is something people should not be without if they are serous about their health and their future lives."

Don't have to worry about additional space.

Before being exposed to Power Factor and Static Contraction training, I had trained the conventional way 60 months or more using multiple different exercises per bodypart and hoping for progress.

I have been very pleased with my purchase.

To me, the three major advantages are saving time, reduced stress on the joints, and safety.

I have a wife and two kids that I love to spend time with and having this equipment at home allows me to do that with having to arrange time to spend at the gym.

The second advantage of lessened stress on the joints is also huge for me. I have had various injuries that have hindered my ability to perform various "standard" exercises.

Having this equipment allows me to work my body hard while minimizing the stress to the joints.

The third advantage of safety is perhaps the largest factor for me. I don't have to worry about my two small kids hurting themselves on the equipment. Also, since there are no weights to load, I don't have to worry about additional space. "

No more shoulder rotator cuff or knee cap pain every time I work out!

All other methods resulted in an injury that led to months of fitness down time. Also, no more discouragement from lack of time when a workout can be completed in five minutes.

I am a Doctor, and I do not have the time to go to the gym three days a week, thanks to my children.

I was blown away with the static contraction concept. Less time, more results, and less harmful to my joints (repetitive stress type injuries).

With the XF equipment, I am able to actually measure the progress. A workout typically takes me just 10 minutes. I have found this to be the quickest way to build muscle mass.

"Wow!!! What a difference!"

Tony,

I wanted to write and let you know about my experiences with the Explosive Fitness Equipment. In a word, PHENOMENAL.

I have been weight training for some time, over 16 years now, and have invested a lot of time and effort in researching effective protocols. I am pretty informed on the basics of muscle and neural function, how strength gain and hypertrophy occur, and how to maximize and retain the training effect through proper nutrition and recovery. In my training time, I have utilized hard gainer methods, German volume training, plyometrics, powerlifting, Olympic lifts, SAQ training - typically methods that tend to yield the most efficient gains in strength/size/neural conditioning for the training time invested.

Using these methods, I've seen good results. Really good. And I've helped a lot of people make progress with their own training programs. However, at acertain period in my life I felt like I was hitting a ceiling, and knew there was something on the other side -- that there was more potential strength in muscle than what I was currently tapping into, even using the most advanced protocols of which I was aware. Keep in mind that I don't believe in using testosterone analogues (steriods) or other potentially harmful substances in order to promote strength gains.

Then I had a knowledgeable friend point me to Power Factor Training, which I used as preparation for Static Contraction Training. And I rapidly maxed out several pieces of equipment at the gym. Still, I knew there was untapped potential. Only now, I lacked the means to tap into it. There were no weights, bars, racks, or machines at the gym that could create or handle the loads necessary, in the exercises necessary, to provide the stimulus required to generate huge strength gains.

So I was stuck on a sort of plateau. I'm not a huge guy, because I'm not training for primarily for hypertrophy anymore, but I'm a respectable size. And I'm strong, way stronger than people expect me to be, given my size and weight, because strength is my goal. It's kind of funny when people find out how strong I really am. But I knew I could be stronger.

As it turned out, I also turned out to be lucky, because I ran across your machines at the same time that I was ready for them, based on my experience and training. I could recognize what they offered, and decided to try it out.

So I got the leg press. I assembled it, got under the foot rest, and pressed. Hard. And kept pressing, after about 8 seconds of pressing, the meter peaked, I slowly reduced the force, and lay there. I had had my first experience of seeing and *feeling* exactly how much strength I had in me. I had pressed for all I was worth, and could not have pressed a pound harder.

And in bright red numbers, I was told exactly how much force my legs could generate. During the following days, I could feel a subtle soreness in deep in my leg muscles, and in my joints. Weight training not only causes changes in muscle tissue, it also affects tendons and other connective tissue, bone mass, etc. as the body adjusts to create and support increases in force generation.

Each subsequent workout on the leg machine, the number went up, although there was no perceptible increase in effort. This was mainly because each time I was pressing with everything I had. I went to the gym to check my progress, and sure enough, I had gotten stronger in conventional lifts as well (though they felt a little strange, my having not done them during the course of my XFT training), noticeably the squat.

I attribute this to the superior fiber recruitment and neural involvement during the XFT training. It's not a repetition to tire out and micro-tear fiber so that others may then be recruited and "stimulated" (causing the micro-tears which stimulate lean mass growth), with the goal of affecting as many fibers as possible during the prescribed number of reps and sets. An XFT set, due to the tremendous forces generated, does that in one set-one rep, with the added benefit that the nervous system gets convinced to recruit more muscle fibers than normal to go along for the ride. In essence, the XFT machines maximize the stimulus for growth while minimizing the time required to create that stimulus.

Of major importance, the XFT protocol pays particular attention to the rest/recovery periods, more accurately called *growth* periods. And WHEN to train is as important as HOW you train. Much of the training I've seen in individuals is too much time in the gym. And size and strength gains don't happen in the gym, they happen outside of it. The gym is solely to stimulate that growth. Or hang out, if that is a person's particular social outlet.

It's not mine.

My goal is to get strong. Really, really strong.

XFT - the machines, the training, will help me do that. I thought the machines would take me to the next level. In part, I was wrong. There are no levels with XFT - it just keeps going.

Thank you, so much, for giving me the tools to know no limits.

At age 47 I've seen my strength increase almost eery workout since I've had the equipment.

Amazing 15 minute workout. I have been a free weight lifter for 26 years and my gains stopped years ago.

Now, at age 47 I've seen my strength increase almost every workout since I've had the equipment.

The best part is I only work out once a month, I don't have to go to a gym and I have more time for other things.

At my age, I'm tired of going to the gym just to keep what I have. I wish I knew about this equipment years ago."

I completely transformed my body

I am a law school professor and each semester I teach hundreds of students. Many of them do strength training but don't have a whole lot of time. I am already encouraging many of them to try the equipment.

If any teams use this equipment they would have a huge strength advantage over the competition. The savings alone to the athletic director's budget would be incentive enough. Two or three XF machines for under $10,000 could replace $100,000 worth of free weights and service all of a school's athletes.

Traditional free weight training was time consuming, monotonous and injurious. Inevitably, the results were mixed because I didn't have the time to consistently devote 6 or more hours a week to lifting; or I would pull something and have to stay out of the gym for 6 weeks; or it would be so damn boring I had to take a break. I have not experienced any of those things with the XF equipment.

For me the XF equipment has rendered all existing equipment that uses weights obsolete. There is no better, efficient, quicker or enjoyable way to gain strength and lean muscle mass than with this equipment. I was already a huge fan of SCT training using traditional free weights. In 6 weeks I completely transformed my body, losing 20 plus pounds and replacing it with lean muscle. People couldn't believe the transformation and asked what I was doing. Most remained skeptical, but when those who accepted my invitation to the gym to check it out, they were instant converts.

Once I outgrew the weights, I switched to the XF equipment and haven't looked back since. It is exceptionally well made, takes up little space and gives you an "all in the tank" workout in 10-15 minutes, including warm-up. I then go three weeks before my next work-out. In fact, the most difficult thing about the equipment is trying to discipline yourself to rest for 3 weeks and stay off the equipment. Each workout yields such great results, I find myself wanting to do more. But that is a good problem to have. I'm starting my wife and 9 year old son on the equipment this week.

This equipment is truly revolutionary and is to free weights what a computer is to a 60's typewriter. One 10 minute work-out literally gives me the same gains as 12 ninety minute work-outs on free weights. That's a whole lot of time I can now spend playing tennis, doing duathlons, basketball or just having a beer poolside. Oh yes, I can pretty much eat and drink whatever I like and the muscle mass keeps the fat away.

And yes, my muscles keep coming

"I have had the Explosive Fitness equipment since November, 2004.

My daughters ages 10 and 12 used the equipment over the winter and it really showed up in the pool this summer on swim team. They had become stronger and faster swimmers over the winter- without swimming! Just the other day a Pilates instructor was in my office and I had him show me a couple of Pilates moves that would test my core strength. I was able to do them with no problem. I can’t remember the last time I did a sit up. My core strength comes from the ab crunch and the dead lift on explosive fitness equipment that’s it. You could spend all sorts of time doing all sorts of exercises or you could do the 10 exercises Pete Sisco’s research found covers the bases. I know what my choice is.

As a chiropractor the strength I have gained from using the Explosive Fitness equipment has really helped me hold up better working with patients and at home landscaping the yard. It is amazing how much easier the physical part of everyday life becomes as your body gets stronger.

I have found the equipment extremely safe and effective in rehabilitating injuries and that it is a powerful weight loss tool. I have a 60 year old female patient who started using the Explosive Fitness equipment in my office 2 months out of shoulder surgery. In the 3 months she has been using the equipment she has lost 14lbs. She has made these improvements working out no more than 15 minutes, once a week.

This equipment and training method takes the pain out of getting stronger. I don’t have to go anywhere. I don’t have to change my clothes to do it. It only takes a few minutes. I don’t have to do it very often, and I can see and feel myself getting stronger all the time!

My strength gains have really taken off since getting the new XF7000. The new design combined with the updated exercise instructions have made a big difference for me.

Pete Sisco has provided us with a scientifically validated approach to strength training and Tony Reno has developed the equipment to make it safe and easy to do at home. Don’t let yourself grow old and frail when this equipment and these methods are available to help you become strong.

If you live in the Midwest I encourage you to come visit my office. I will let you experience using the XF7000, answer any questions you have, and show you how to do the routine properly so can hit the ground running when you get your system.

It is amazing how everyday activities become easier as your body becomes stronger.

The quickest way to build muscle mass.

I am a physician, and I do not have the time that I used to when I was younger to go to the gym three days a week. I have always believed that static resistance can build muscle mass. With the XF equipment, I am able to actually measure the progress. I now have the XF equipment right in my office and work out for about 15 minutes once a week. I work with patients who need to lose weight and building muscle mass is an important part of a weight loss program as it will increase the resting metabolic rate. I have found this to be the quickest way to build muscle mass. With more muscle mass, you burn more calories while at rest, even when you sleep. I recommend static contraction exercises to my patients who want to lose weight

Regular weight lifting is time intensive. Busy professionals like myself just do not have the time to go to the gym. I stopped weight training about 5 years ago because I just did not have the time. Now I am back into training with the XF equipment.

I can answer any questions potential clients might have about my experience with the equipment and I can show them the machines and let them try it. I own the older machines which I am quite happy with. The XF 7000 looks great and I wish it was available when I made my purchase (the older equipment was a bear to put together).

From size 14 to 10, husband lost 16 lbs

My husband and I LOVE the Explosive Fitness equipment. This equipment and the static contraction workouts have helped to simplify our life.

Over the past few years we have worked out at the gym, used traditional home gym (Body Solid) equipment, Power blocks, Life cycle, entered the Body for Life contest (and spent a small fortune on supplements), but nothing compares to how quick and easy Explosive Fitness Equipment works for us. After hearing about SCT we sold all of our other equipment and bought the EF equipment.

Physically we couldn't beat the results: in 6 weeks I (a 38yo mother of 2) lost 6 lbs on the scale and went from a size 14 to a size 10 pant size. I only did 4 SCT workouts, ran slowly on the treadmill 20 minutes 3x per week, and I cut out trans fats and reduced refined sugars in my diet. That's it! My husband lost 16 lbs on the scale also went down 1 pant size and moved his belt to the smallest hole in the smaller size pants. He didn't even run on the treadmill. It was as close to effortless as exercising could be!

The machine is so safe we put it in the room where our kids play. We no longer have to worry about dangerous equipment. It hardly takes up any room, and is easy to move and change between exercises. Our workouts take less than 15 minutes for both of us to do together.

We are regular people who just want to be as healthy as possible without it consuming all our free time, and with two pre-school kids, every minute counts. If you would like to come and try the machine for yourself we would be glad to show it to you!

With four weeks of rest I am still growing in between each workout.

I am thirty one years old. I have worked out off and on for about fifteen years.

I have tried about every way to work out with conventional weights and machines. I was about 115 lbs when I started working out in high school. I am one of those hard to gain people with a small frame. I made some gains, and I stopped growing. I was only up to 137 lbs. after I graduated from high school. I have tried about every legal weight gainer and muscle building supplement out there. I gained more weight several years later, and I even got my full range of motion in the bench press to 295 lbs, earlier in 2005. I was then weighing close to 220 lbs, with a big stomach. I had been making fewer gains and the plateaus were very hard to get over for a long time. I was tired of going to the gym. It was all I could manage to keep going to the gym just to keep the same muscle strength that I had obtained.

I am the type of person who hates to spend a lot of time in the gym and not get many results from my workout. This made me want to quit so many times.

I then downloaded Pete Sisco's Train Smart book from the internet. It taught me about static contraction holds. I had never heard about such a workout. It told me that some of Pete's advanced trainees were working out only once every six weeks, and still growing in between workouts.

I know, it seems too good to be true. I read the book and I went to my local health spa and I tried the program.

I noticed that my strength had grown after one workout of a static hold. I then tried some full range of motions after I came back to the gym. My full range of motion exercise had increased. I was amazed. I done the program a few more times, and I was convinced that this is the best program I have ever seen, and it works. Pete's book introduced me to the Explosive Fitness Equipment designed by Tony Reno to fit into Pete's workout program. I noticed very soon that the local gym's leg press could not hold enough weight for me to do a static hold with enough weight to benefit me. I also had the same problem with the curling machines. I then ordered the XF machine.

I received the XF7000. No one can grow out of this machine. I waited for 2 months to get my machine because they sell them faster than they can make them. I have been doing static contraction workouts since February 14, 2005. I could not get the full benefits from the program working at the local gym. But I have been using the XF7000 for a little over 4 months. My static contraction hold for the bench press is now 581 lbs. I am working out with four weeks of rest before I do the bench workout again. I am still growing in between each workout. I would not believe it if I had not seen it with my own eyes. I have lost several pounds off my stomach. I now weight 200 lbs. My chest, triceps and shoulders are bigger with more cuts than I have ever had in my life.

This machine is truly worth every penny. Anyone that wants to try my machine out can do so for free. I will show you how to use it, and you can come back several more times if you need to. I am sure after one or two workouts you will then order the XF7000. The best thing is less workouts. And you do not have to take any muscle building products for it to work. If it will work for me it will work for anyone.

Man of Steel??

I hadn't done any serious strength training in, let's say, "a few years". Highschool is a fond memory and in those were the memories of pushing weights and feeling the burn. I've managed to (sort of) keep up with some aerobic training, so I wasn't totally out of shape, but at age 42 I realized it was time I had to "use it not to lose it"

So I joined the local mega-gym. I did the 3-4 times per week, 1 to 2 hour workouts I had always remembered. I soon remembered the awful aching, soreness and stiffness of years gone past. Granted, I was seeing results, but after the first three months I'd had enough! I wasn't that 18 year old vibrant young man anymore.... No, I was a 42 year old man with a house (including yard work), a wife and 11 year old daughter. I did NOT have the time or energy to be dedicated to this endeavor!

That's when I did an online search under "lazy mans exercise" (no kidding!!) and got a hit with Sisco's "Train Smart" e-book... I was soon back at the gym trying out the methods he professed. Admittedly, it sounded too good to be true, but what the hey, I was willing to try. I was immensely pleased to see those gains he described in just a few short weeks. I was so pleased (and partly because I'm a bit impulsive)

I was soon ordering my first Explosive Fitness Equipment.. Since then (about 14 months) I've seen my waist go from a tight 36" down to a comfortable 34". I've lost about 15 Lbs. and my physique is once again looking as if it might actually beat gravity at its nasty game, AND I undoubtedly have more energy at the end of my workday!!

I'm a Chiropractor and actually have the equipment in my office. I am currently using it (experimenting) with its use in a rehab type of situation. I am seeing the same results I got, only I'm seeing it in patients with clinical conditions involving the spine! Some PT's caught wind of the gains one of our patients was seeing (in a very short time!), and they've been sniffing around ever since. I'd also be happy to collaborate with other chiropractic/medical/rehab professionals I could converse with about protocols, etc, who may reach me using this contact form.

Just a quick final note... I'd like to share some of my numbers since using the XF equipment...

leg press day 1 .... 495 Lbs.
leg press 5 months later
(10 leg workout sessions, or 100 seconds worth of exercise later).... 2,138 Lbs!!!

Man of Steel??

NO. Old guy using XF equipment!!!
