Using the XF Streamline
We purchased the XF Streamline in November 2006. The assembly took less than two hours. We were impressed by the quality and durability of the XF Streamline. It is safer, easier to use, and less time consuming. We now complete our workouts in less than 15 minutes per person. Our daughters are now working out on the XF Streamline. We are still perfecting our exercise form and understanding of the equipment.
No spotter is required since you are not dealing with plates. The XF Streamline offers up to 5000 lbs of resistance for the lower body and up to 2000 lbs for the upper body. Psychologically, we can push ourselves harder because the equipment is safe to use. We are not worried about 1000 + pounds of steel falling on us, or that the equipment is going to break under the pressure.
The set-up of the equipment requires only seconds for each exercise. The digital read out display is easy to use and easy to see. The read out gives you immediate feedback on your workout performance. The XF Streamline and the Static Contraction workout are data driven systems. The data allows us to maximize the effectiveness of our workouts. Unlike all other strength training systems this is the only one that tells you the exact amount of force you are capable of exerting as opposed to the guesswork of loading plates and hoping you are maximizing your workout.
All the guesswork is gone. You have precise data so you can map out a progressive overload for building muscle mass. We would recommend this equipment for anyone who wishes to improve their strength, muscle development and physical fitness, whether they are 9 or 90.

My first official workout using the system was in the first part of January. I have now done 5 workouts, spaced about 10 days apart. I have to admit I was buying the equipment ‘blindly’ because I had no way of knowing if it would really work. I took a big chance and I believe it has paid off and was an excellent investment. It takes a while to set up because the instructions are a little vague but otherwise its pretty solid equipment and not very heavy (Editor's Note: New re-written instructions are far more detailed and clearer than ever before.). I can move it around if I have to.
Here are my experiences on using the equipment. My specific weights are on the leg press, just for comparison as to strength gain. All workouts were done to maximum intensity for 10 to 12 seconds. This is the first SCT readout. (Each subsequent one would always go lower, as to be expected.)
Workout 1: 500 lbs
Workout 2: 615 lbs
Workout 3: 900 lbs
Workout 4: 1100 lbs
Workout 5: 1350 lbs
My total time on the equipment, both upper and lower body combined, has been about 15 minutes each time. So I’ve worked out for 1 hour and 15 minutes total since the beginning of January and seen definite strength gains.
The other thing I’ve readily noticed is that there is no pain, yet intense gain in these workouts. I have not personally experienced any lactic acid build up in my muscles and, as a result, I have had no ‘soreness’ as would normally be expected from intense weight training. It’s a nice change for me.
I travel a lot for my work, so the idea of being able to schedule a short workout every week and half to two weeks is quite a breakthrough concept for me, and works perfectly into my hectic travel schedule. I’ve gained significantly in my upper body definition as well as in my legs. I’m 41 years old now and this is the first time in 20 years that I’ve seen solid results from my workouts. Just the weightlifting is steadily moving me from borderline obese to fit and lean. My waist is down from 38” to 35” and the other measurements are getting bigger. My weight has actually gone up, from 197 lbs to 201 lbs. But it is due to muscle gain, not more fat. It’s very gratifying to see this transformation happening so quickly. I can’t believe its only 2 months and 5 workouts!
As for having a look at the equipment, I live in Burnaby. If you want to stop by to take a look at the equipment and try it out, you are welcome to do so. I have it set up in my garage right now and it doesn’t take up much room.
So, I'll just say that, yes, it’s definitely worth the price if you want the fastest and easiest real results. It works for sure.

With four weeks of rest I am still growing in between each workout. I am thirty one years old. I have worked out off and on for about fifteen years.
I have tried about every way to work out with conventional weights and machines. I was about 115 lbs when I started working out in high school. I am one of those hard to gain people with a small frame. I made some gains, and I stopped growing. I was only up to 137 lbs after I graduated from high school. I have tried about every legal weight gainer and muscle building supplement out there. I gained more weight several years later, and I even got my full range of motion in the bench press to 295 lbs, earlier in 2005. I was then weighing close to 220 lbs, with a big stomach. I had been making fewer gains and the plateaus were very hard to get over for a long time. I was tired of going to the gym. It was all I could manage to keep going to the gym just to keep the same muscle strength that I had obtained.
I am the type of person who hates to spend a lot of time in the gym and not get many results from my workout. This made me want to quit so many times.
I then downloaded Pete Sisco's Train Smart book from the internet. It taught me about static contraction holds. I had never heard about such a workout. It told me that some of Pete's advanced trainees were working out only once every six weeks, and still growing in between workouts.
I know, it seems too good to be true. I read the book and I went to my local health spa and I tried the program.
I noticed that my strength had grown after one workout of a static hold. I then tried some full range of motions after I came back to the gym. My full range of motion exercise had increased. I was amazed. I've done the program a few more times, and I was convinced that this is the best program I have ever seen, and it works. Pete's book introduced me to the Explosive Fitness Equipment designed by Tony Reno to fit into Pete's workout program. I noticed very soon that the local gym's leg press could not hold enough weight for me to do a static hold with enough weight to benefit me. I also had the same problem with the curling machines. I then ordered the XF machine.
I received the XF7000 (Editor's Note: the Streamline provides all the same benefits of the XF7000 while simplifying all aspects of configuration of the equipment between exercises). No one can grow out of this machine. I waited for 2 months to get my machine because they sell them faster than they can make them. I have been doing static contraction workouts since February 14, 2005. I could not get the full benefits from the program working at the local gym. But I have been using the XF7000 for a little over 4 months. My static contraction hold for the bench press is now 581 lbs. I am working out with four weeks of rest before I do the bench workout again. I am still growing in between each workout. I would not believe it if I had not seen it with my own eyes. I have lost several pounds off my stomach. I now weight 200 lbs. My chest, triceps and shoulders are bigger with more cuts than I have ever had in my life.
This machine is truly worth every penny. Anyone that wants to try my machine out can do so for free. I will show you how to use it, and you can come back several more times if you need to. I am sure after one or two workouts you will then order the XF7000. The best thing is less workouts. And you do not have to take any muscle building products for it to work. If it will work for me it will work for anyone.

"The XF 7000 has proven to be perfect"
I have lifted weights off and on for over 14 years. Once, I made substantial gains in strength and mass, but at great cost. My workouts were 1-2 hours long, 4-5 times per week. That regimen was totally not sustainable. I burnt out, and lost the gains I had made. Over the years, I'd try to get back into lifting weights. But the hassle of getting to the gym, and the boredom of the long workouts where I'd often question my progress, just resulted in the same on-again, off-again cycle with little progress. Then I discovered Static Contraction Training. Within a short time, after a few short workouts, I was maxing out the machines at the gym! I loved the concept, how short the workouts were. And, having maxed out the machines at the gym, I was ready for the XF Equipment to let me continue my progress.
I'm an entrepreneur, work long hours, and put a premium on my free time. Yet my health and energy are top priority in my life. I know that to be successful, I've got to be in peak physical and emotional condition to capture and create opportunities. So, having an effective and efficient strength building system is key for me.
I owned the EF5000 and the XF2000 before upgrading to the XF7000. I was very pleased with the first generation equipment, and recognized room for improvement. Now living in a smaller house, the upgrade to the single unit XF7000 was a clear decision for me. I love the new design. It's so easy to use, to switch between exercises, and to replicate great form and progress in each workout. Plus, it's compact, and fits neatly in my home office.
The XF7000 has proven to be perfect. It fits my house, fits my schedule, and most importantly, fits my high standards for my health & fitness. After just 8 workouts with this new equipment, my total body strength is up 25%, my wife is noticing my increasing muscle tone, and I feel fantastic. And the workouts are so quick and spread out that I look forward to them. This equipment - and Static Contraction Training - is definitely a keeper.

"One of the best decisions I've ever made"
I've worked out with traditional weight lifting from the time I was 18 until my mid 30's. I would do it for a few months or less and then stop. I noticed I would hit a plateau and stay there. I stopped working out with weights in my mid-thirties because it became too time consuming and I wasn't getting the results I wanted.
I heard about Static Contraction a couple of years ago from a Tony Robbins tape and began using the system shortly after. I noticed immediate results but found it time consuming to load all the weights and difficult to find spotters. After a few months I stopped working out with SC…until I heard about the XF Equipment!
After a few months of going back and forth on whether or not to make the investment in the XF Equipment I decided to purchase it. And it's been one of the best decisions I've ever made. XF Equipment is so easy to use and you don't need a spotter, or to load a lot of weights, or to go to a gym. Now I can work out of my home and know exactly when I need to work out with "My Strength Coach". I've increased my strength in all the exercises, lost 15lb, and look more defined and feel stronger all in just 4 months.
This is something that I'll be able to do when I'm in my 50's, 60's, 70's and beyond.
What's exciting about having the XF Equipment is that I can do an intense strength conditioning workout in under 15 minutes.

"System that makes perfect sense and absolutely delivers results.....whatever one's goal might be."
I'm now 65 years old, and I've been working out regularly since I was 17. That's a lot of years of pushing weights around.
During that time I've pretty much tried every type of fitness equipment and training system - including working out with Bill Pearl (four-time winner of the Mr. Universe title) at his gym in the early 70's.
Over the years my body has taken a beating in the name of fitness, and I've sustained multiple injuries, including torn bicep and deltoid muscles; fractured wrist, elbows and ankles; ruptured disk; torn ligaments and tendons. Consequently, in recent years, my workouts had become more and more restricted and less productive.
Several years ago, after learning of Pete Sisco's website (precisiontraining.com), I read about a new concept of exercise, and also of a new type of equipment that was soon to be available. Although it all sounded too good to be true, as soon as the Explosive Fitness Leg Press became available, I purchased it.
After working out with it just a few times, I realized that this really was something revolutionary. When the Upper Body machine became available, I bought it too. And when the XF 7000 total body system came out earlier this year, I upgraded to it.
Now with the XF 7000, I have accomplished more in workouts lasting literally only minutes than I ever did in past marathon workouts sometimes lasting two hours or more.....a BIG increase in amount of weight used, increase in muscle size and strength, decrease in body fat, increase in flexibility and decrease in joint pain. And all achieved safely, scientifically and swiftly.
And this transformation has not only happened for me.
A close friend was involved in an accident several years ago which resulted in two herniated disks in her lower back, a condition that was greatly aggravated by the onset of fibromyalgia and osteoarthrosis. She was in constant pain, and at times could barely get out of bed.
After some months had passed and she was progressing through the recovery process, I suggested that she might consider consulting with her doctor about the possibility of using the XF equipment for rehabilitation. He agreed that it might be helpful. She began working out, and now after almost six months, her strength, flexibility and mobility have dramatically improved, and days pass when she has almost no pain at all.
Her 16 year old grandson now even comes over to workout, who, by the way, thinks the system is "totally awesome." He can't get over his new found muscularity and the admiration he gets from his friends. At last, here is a fitness system that makes perfect sense and absolutely delivers results.....whatever one's goal might be.
